About the event
Yoga Nidra is a 75-minute class that consists of gentle yoga, stretching and 30 minutes of guided relaxation. All ages 16+ and abilities are welcome. Ilga has taught Yoga Nidra for 6 years and strives to create a welcoming and safe space for rest and renewal. Please bring your own mat and a small pillow for your head.
$15/classes I will accept cash, checks and credit cards. I will have attendance sheets set up, so please sign in and we can easily keep track of payment due.
